Rather than wallow and obsess over how bad I did today – I’m making plans for the next 2 days.

Saturday:

  • Up by 7:30am
  • Take Angus for a walk around the block
  • Get my hair did in the morning.
  • Go to my parents to help my Dad out with some things.
  • Paint the wall around the back door (trying NOT to get paint in my new hairdo).
  • Hit the gym tomorrow evening for 20-30 minutes of cardio.

Sunday:

  • Up by 8am.
  • 20-30 min of cardio right after breakfast.
  • Grocery shopping for breakfast/lunch for the upcoming week.
  • Nap  :)
  • Laundry
  • Work on de-cluttering.
