I saw the Evil Trainer twice, I was REALLY good on my eating, I actually managed to stop eating when I full, and NOT eat when I wasn’t hungry, my knee felt good pretty much all week, AND I lost 2.6 pounds!

And I managed to do all this while dealing with parental-induced stress (which I didn’t eat to deal with).

WOO-HOO!

Here’s hoping I can keep the momentum going.  :)

No Pilates for me tomorrow – got some car stuff to take car of.  So I’m planning on trying to get in a walk – providing we aren’t getting dumped on with the snowstorm.  Also have MORE stuff to take to Goodwill – it never seems to end!

Sunday I have to actually go IN to the office to work – blech.  Unfortunately for me it’s work I can’t really do remotely.  But hopefully it will go smooth and I’ll be done in 3-4 hours.  Then once I’m done and home, I’ll be doing the blizzard dance (no, one isn’t forecast, but Denver weather forecasters can’t predict dark at night).

it’s all I could think about driving home….not sure why.  I had breakfast, I had lunch, and yet I was still STARVING, all I wanted to do was eat pizza.

I’m sure it’s because I’m soooo bored at work (not anywhere NEAR enough work to keep me busy) – and boredom is a big binge trigger for me.

BUT I resisted!  No Pizza!  YAY!  No Fast Food either.

Went to visit my parents this morning, and as usual I really wanted to hit the fast food afterwards to deal with the worry and the stress – BUT I managed to stay away from the billions of places I pass between their house and mine.  And it’s about 7pm and although I still want to eat crap, I haven’t given in to the urge.  I distracted myself for a bit by putting together 2 of the 4 new Flor rugs I bought for the house.

Also did some work on my 101 in 1001 list – added some things, changed some other things up.  I’ve got 82 items identified so far.  I need to get some of them checked off before my Halloween party – and that’s just over 4 weeks away!

Okay, because sometimes I AM a big, dumb girl, I decided that yesterday wasn’t really a proper free day.  I mean I still managed to come in at my goal for calories even with the Wendys sammich and frosty.  That’s no free day!  So after a morning visit to my folks to balance their checkbooks and pay some bills for them, I decide I want pizza (yes, I’m sure the two things are related).
